Dexion Locking Pins are designed to ensure racking beams are not dislodged when accidentally hit. Clearly visible when in place due to their red colour, locking pins are fixed in the locking hole at the end of each beam to connect it to the upright and are a required safety feature for all racking.
- Required safety feature to prevent beam uplift in racking systems
- Should be checked regularly and replaced immediately if damaged
- If excessive upwards force is applied to the locking pin it will shear to stop the rack from falling over
